About Us

The Tomkulak Consortium is a global collection of nonprofits uniting nations to build sustainable, resilient global infrastructure.

Our Approach

At the Tomkulak Consortium, we believe in the power of collaboration and shared expertise. Our approach involves bringing together diverse teams from across the globe to work on projects that have a far-reaching impact. We prioritize fairness and apolitical decision-making, ensuring that the infrastructure we help to create is sustainable and inclusive.

Our project teams are tasked with developing innovative solutions and best practices that not only address current needs but also anticipate future challenges. By focusing on strategic planning and improvement, we ensure that the optimal infrastructure projects locations highlighted in our Stakeholder Viability Maps are not only successful but also resilient and adaptable to changing global conditions.

Our Vision for the Future

Looking ahead, the Tomkulak Consortium envisions a world where infrastructure development is seamlessly integrated across borders, fostering peace and economic prosperity. Our goal is to expand our network to include every nation, ensuring that infrastructure projects not only meet local needs but also contribute to a more connected global society.

We are committed to innovation and adaptability, continuously refining our strategies to address evolving global challenges. Through collaboration and shared values, we strive to create resilient infrastructure that supports sustainable development for generations to come.

What We Do

We map optimal critical infrastructure systems at the national and regional levels, then mobilizing stakeholders to deploy those systems.

Mapping Infrastructure Needs:

We map out all possible development locations for every component of
the national/regional critical infrastructure system included in the scope
of any given project, based on geographic and demographic requirements
of each component.

Mobilizing Stakeholders:

We engage all relevant stakeholders for each possible component
development location to determine approval levels, resulting in a
Stakeholder Viability Map showing support levels for development. That
map is then used to develop a Memorandum of Understanding that paves
the way for optimal system development.

Deploying Solutions:

Once agreements are signed, the Consortium switches to a consulting
role, ensuring the project progresses while maintaining a focus on
sustainability and community impact.
